I want to let you all know how much we appreciate all of you. 

• Tony was here helping us out with our laptops and we were having problems with the network.  Tony stayed and helped us out of that mess well past closing time so we could at least run invoices until the problem was solved.
• Another time we were at a show we do 3 times a year and had problems with our laptops, we called Brian and he talked us through the problem, got us up and running which saved the day for us.
• I can't count the times I've had to call Chris for something and he's always come through for me.
• When we were having major problems with Nodus, Ron went so far as to call the owner of Nodus on our behalf. 
• Brenda did our last upgrade.  She listened to us rant how upgrades were always terrible with such patience and by the way upgraded us with very little problem!
• If it wasn't for Darla reminding me about payments due for Dynamics and all the other programs we have they would all expire and I'd be wondering why.

Microsoft needs to make sure all of their partners are as good as you guys…
