Bunkers International, based in Lake Mary, Florida, is a leading provider of marine fuel to many of the world’s largest shipping and cruise companies. The company has 13 locations around the globe with offices across the US and the globe. Bunkers International was working with Microsoft Office programs, and thus had very manual processes, requiring extra work and expense. Bunkers International reports that the first few months working with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Scribe Insight, the system has been successful for myriad reasons.

FAS Windows & Doors has successfully provided custom homebuilders, small contractors, remodelers, and retail consumers in Orlando and Tampa, Florida, with windows and doors from multiple manufacturers since 2005. Our company has been using FRx on top of GP to create Financial Statements; I came here with a prior knowledge of this software.  FRx, however, is becoming obsolete.  GP has a management Reporter module that will replace it; IBG has personnel who are knowledgeable in this module.  My FRx reports were all migrated into the new software, I’ve spent one hour on a Go-To-Assist session learning my way around, and will participate in more training as soon as my schedule allows.

IBG has been a fantastic partner for our manufacturing firm in South Florida. With several consultants well-versed in the ins and outs of manufacturing, their experience has been invaluable. IBG is a very professional organization that still provides a personal touch in all their endeavors. Yes, they are the experts in MS Dynamics and all forms of databasing, but they assist you in all ways possible: onsite tech help, classes, personal assistance, etc. There is no problem that is too small for the tech reps, and they are very very patience! IBG is located in Altamonte Springs and easily accessible throughout Central Florida. They are right off the Interstate (I-4) and have inviting facilities.
