Cancellation Policy

All classes will be held at our training center in Altamonte Springs, FL, a suburb of Orlando [directions].

Please note our cancellation policy:

Cancellations are accepted Monday thru Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding national holidays. It is suggested that you cancel by phone and email. Any refunds due will be returned by the same payment method used to pay for the class. Cancellation penalties will still be applied if you transfer to another class.

If you cancel your confirmed attendance:

• In the week prior to the class start date, no refund will be given.
• Cancellation in the second week prior to the class start date will result in 50% of the course fee charged.
• Any cancellation prior to these dates, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel any class with a 2 week notice due to inability to meet
minimum attendance requirements.
